Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in the automotive industry with room for advancement.
No prior dealership experience required — we will train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
Assist technicians and service advisors in sourcing automotive parts
Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and computer systems
Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
Receive and process incoming parts orders
Assist walk-in retail and wholesale customers
Prepare parts invoices and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Support the Parts Manager with daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license
Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
Dealership or warehouse experience is a plus
