Job Description
Parts Counter Sales: McGrath Acura of Westmont is growing, and we need you on our team! We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and know that it starts from within. The successful Parts person will maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth within our parts department.

Responsibilities
- Maintain customer & technician relationships.
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership.
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
- Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop.
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping.
- Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.
- Experience preferred with either Honda or Acura products is a plus!
- DealerTrack and X-Time experience also a bonus.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- All candidates will be subject to both a background and drug test.
Qualifications

- High school diploma recommended
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adept at working independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if required
