Experienced Payroll / Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in managing accurate, timely payroll and accounting processes:
Post invoices and ensure payroll-related entries are accurate
Reconcile statements and balance accounts
Disburse checks and finalize payroll data
Prepare accounts for payment and verify system data
Follow up on past-due accounts and returned checks
Maintain accuracy and compliance within dealership systems
What We’re Looking For
This role is for seasoned professionals with proven experience:
Extensive experience in payroll and accounting operations
Strong background using a Dealership Management System (DMS) and payroll platforms
Prior AR/AP experience within an automotive dealership strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Confident communicator who works well independently and within a team
Accounting degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
