Part-Time Receptionist – Neil Huffman ImportsNeil Huffman Imports is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!Our receptionists are often the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating a welcoming experience. This position also provides administrative and clerical support to the dealership team.Schedule: Part-Time | Evenings & SaturdaysResponsibilitiesGreet customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department

Take and deliver accurate messages

Communicate with callers professionally and efficiently while minimizing hold times

Provide basic information to customers with general inquiries

Extend hospitality to customers in the waiting area

Accurately log incoming sales calls

Complete assigned paperwork accurately and efficiently

Maintain a neat and professional appearance and work area

Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift

Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned by the General ManagerWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:Excellent customer service and communication skillsA friendly and professional demeanor
