Automotive Sales Administrative Clerk
Hertz Car Sales | $17.00/hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

As an Automotive Sales Administrative Clerk, you'll play a key role in inventory management, vehicle readiness, dealership operations, and administrative support.
What You'll Do:
Inventory & Vehicle Readiness:
- Receive and track incoming vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and daily logs.
- Support vehicle front-line readiness and Fleet Control System processes.
Operations & Administrative Support:
- Assist with dealer plate inventory, new hire paperwork, timecard entry, and reporting.
- Support dealership operations and facility management documentation.
- Help resolve DMV, title, and registration issues.
- Assist the Finance & Insurance team with deal packaging.
- Complete clerical projects and provide general administrative support.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 20 years old.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Automotive, dealership, or administrative experience is a plus.
