Schedule: 5-day workweek (Sundays off).

Salary Range
$50,000 – $125,000 annually (based on performance and experience)
Sign-On Bonus
A sign-on bonus is available and will be determined based on prior experience and qualifications.
Job Description
Keller Bros. Auto Company is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are eager to build lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and enthusiasm
Build relationships to foster repeat and referral business
Respond to inquiries, highlight vehicle features, and conduct test drives
Provide accurate payment quotes and financing options
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of sales or retail experience preferred
Ability to pass state licensing requirements for a Salesperson License (PA)
Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
Physically able to perform job functions (standing, lifting, bending)
