Sales Associate Responsibilities
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits accurately
Build and maintain client relationships via phone, email, internet leads, and showroom traffic
Present pricing options and negotiate professionally
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Conduct business ethically and professionally
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
Sales Associate Qualifications
Self-motivated with a strong customer-first mindset
Sales or commission-based experience (retail, hospitality, or automotive preferred)
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Valid driver's license required
