Automotive Sales Associates- Future Team Leaders (55-100k)
Eastern North Carolina continues to grow and at Pecheles Automotive, we are growing too! Pecheles Automotive is seeking motivated individuals to join our Greenville & Washington Sales Teams! If you have experience creating customer relationships and enjoy learning about new products- we want to talk to you!
Do not let sales scare you! You can make $10,000 selling 1 or 2 cars per week during training! You will benefit from a hands-on Sales Training program with a dedicated mentor to help you build the confidence and skills to succeed and grow your pay check!
Please note: This is not a Summer Job. This is a full-time, year round position. We cannot accommodate a college class schedule, including online and in-person studies.
Our Career Path Program prepares employees to not only excel as sales professionals, but to advance and grow, leading to opportunities in Management, Finance, and Administration.

Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
- Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
- Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
- Meet sales and productivity goals
- Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
- Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
- Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
Qualifications:
- Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
- Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professional attire and appearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
