Job Summary:Mark Mazda of Scottsdale is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchase or lease process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure.Compensation & Benefits:

Annual base salary + commission of $40,000 to $100,000, based on experience and performance
Commission structure for each vehicle sold or leased
Weekly pay schedule

Responsibilities:

Listen to customers' needs and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
Provide detailed product information and conduct test drives
Negotiate and finalize sales or lease agreements with customers
Stay updated on the latest features, options, and incentives offered by Mazda
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
Sales-driven mentality with strong negotiation and closing skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
