RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships & create customers for life
- Greet customer as they arrive on the property and guide them through the Sales Process
- Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of New and Pre-owned Vehicles
- Close deals while learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Follow-up with unsold and sold customers to maximize every opportunity for sale or referral business
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service with an experience second to none
- Become a product specialist. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Report Directly to the Sales Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outgoing, dependable, Self-motivated and displays a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Ready, willing and committed to learning the job
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Proficient in basic business math including percentages
- Prior Automotive Sales Experience is preferred but not required
- Willing to submit to a drug screen
- Active driver's license with a acceptable driving record
