Our Freeway Chevrolet location in Chandler, AZ is currently seeking Automotive Sales Consultants who will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a professional, stress-free, and customer-focused experience. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, recommend vehicles that fit their needs, and help drive dealership success through exceptional service and product knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals looking to grow their career with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact through delivery
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, features, technology, and financing options
  • Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Respond to phone, online, and showroom inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Track customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and overcome objections professionally
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
