What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Learn about each customer’s needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle technology, safety features, and financing options
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and walk-in customers
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Work with managers to achieve monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience, retail experience, hospitality, customer service, or automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
