Automotive Sales Consultant
Rydell Chevrolet – Waterloo, IA• Full-Time | Exempt• Pay: $50,000 – $120,000 per year• Guaranteed Pay: $3,000/month for the first 3 months

What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers through the vehicle buying process while building long-term relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Building strong customer relationships and generating repeat business
- Learning vehicle features, technology, and product knowledge
- Demonstrating new and used vehicles to customers
- Following up with customers before and after the sale
- Utilizing proven sales techniques and customer service skills
- Working closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude each day
Qualifications
Required:
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality
