Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers to understand their needs, preferences, budgets, and driving habits.
Present vehicle features and benefits through professional walkarounds and test drives.
Manage incoming internet, phone, and showroom leads through our CRM.
Follow up with customers through calls, texts, and emails to generate appointments and build lasting relationships.
Present vehicles across our truck, SUV, and performance lineups.
Work closely with management to structure deals, overcome objections, and close sales.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews.
Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up practices.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: One or more years of automotive sales experience preferred. Successful candidates from retail, B2B, cellular, and other sales-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding sales and income targets.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Professionalism: Positive attitude, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
