No automotive experience? No problem. We are actively hiring candidates from customer service, hospitality, restaurants, retail sales, call centers, technology, and other customer-facing industries. If you bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Our in-house training team offers hands-on coaching, online learning, and manufacturer-supported training programs designed to help you build a long-term career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
- Help customers select the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences
- Become knowledgeable on vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and financing options
- Perform professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Learn and apply proven sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals
- Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve performance goals
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
