Auto Park Ford is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Automotive Sales Finance Manager to join our team in Sturgis, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, securing the best financing options, and ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience. You will act as a key liaison between customers, financial institutions, and dealership sales staff to optimize sales opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing suitable financing or leasing options tailored to their financial situation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
- Prepare and process accurate financial documentation and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to close deals efficiently and compliantly.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle financing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving financing challenges promptly.
- Stay informed about current market trends, loan programs, and finance products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive finance or related sales finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing practices and loan documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant financial software and databases is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
