Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strong motivator, skilled closer, and strategic thinker with a proven track record in automotive sales management. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow with one of the region’s premier dealerships.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
Manage the BDC handoff leads with the sales consultants and work those deals from start to finish
Submit deals to lenders for approval
Keep track of deals on google doc sheet
Assist GSM and GM with whatever other tasks are needed on daily basis
Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service.
Work closely with upper management on inventory, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date on manufacturer programs, incentives, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of proven success in automotive sales management.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership sales processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
