We’re looking for motivated, outgoing Sales/Product Specialists who want to build a career, not just work a job. Our team uses a consultative approach to help customers find the right vehicle while creating a smooth, straightforward buying experience.
This position offers a potential first-year income of $60,000–$120,000, with additional earning potential through bonuses and spiffs.

- Greet and guide customers into the sales process.
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and lifestyle
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
- Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

- Are outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Have quality customer service skills
- Have a good sales track record
- Possess strong communication skills
- Are persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
- Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Are computer literate and have basic math skills
- Have a Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual is a plus
