Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining features and benefits, and comparing competitive models.
- Prospect daily with provided leads – no cold calling!
- Maintain consistent rapport with previous customers.
- Uphold a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Stay updated on product certifications, features, accessories, inventory, and trending technologies.
- Overcome objections, negotiate prices, complete sales agreements, and explain warranties and aftermarket products.
- Provide sales management information through completion reports.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Exhibit behaviors consistent with our company values in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in Vehicle Sales
- Positive Attitude and High Energy
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Skills
- Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00 - $180,000.00 per yearBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.Schedule: Day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends.Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus opportunities, commission pay.
