What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding experience from check-in through vehicle pickup
- Listen to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to the technicians
- Explain repair recommendations in an honest, easy-to-understand manner
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs stay on schedule
- Learn shop processes and continue developing your Service Advisor skills through ongoing training
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience; Service Advisor experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, professional, and team oriented
Compensation
- $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience
- Stable hourly pay
