Experienced Automotive Service AdvisorNeil Huffman Mazda • Subaru • VolkswagenNeil Huffman Automotive Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor at our Mazda, Subaru & Volkswagen location!If you have automotive service experience, excellent customer service skills, and know how to keep a busy service drive moving, we want to talk to you.Earning Potential: $70,000+ AnnuallyWalk-Ins Welcome!What You'll DoAs a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary connection between our customers and service technicians, ensuring customers receive clear communication and an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.Responsibilities include:Greet customers promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments and obtain necessary customer and vehicle information
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair instructions
Prepare repair orders and provide estimates for parts and labor
Explain recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and time requirements
Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional work
Keep customers informed of repair progress and changes to estimates or completion times
Coordinate with technicians and the service team to help ensure work is completed efficiently
Answer customer questions regarding repairs, maintenance, and work in progress
Review completed repairs and assist with vehicle delivery
Maintain accurate and complete service documentation
Maintain current service pricing guides, maintenance menus, and department forms
Help achieve department performance and customer satisfaction goals
Follow dealership policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
What We're Looking ForPrevious automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Professional appearance and attitudeASE certification preferred
