Are you passionate about helping clients keep their vehicles safely on the road? At All Around Auto Care, we worry about our clients’ cars so they don’t have to. We are in the business of taking excellent care of people, from our clients to our coworkers and their families. As an All Around service consultant, you help educate our clients on the importance of proper maintenance while creating a service and repair plan that meets their vehicle and financial goals. Combining the latest technology and our unique approach to vehicle service, our team builds long-lasting client relationships that allow us the privilege to be their only place for their vehicle needs.

Key Duties:

Develop and foster client relationships
Create and maintain a service plan that aligns with the client's vehicle ownership and budgetary goals
Provide clients with a complete written estimate for repairs and services
Schedule service appointments that align with clients' and technicians’ schedules
Set, maintain, and exceed all client expectations
Communicate with clients to keep them updated throughout the repair process
Worry about the client's car so they don’t have to!

Required attributes:

Valid driver license
Reliable transportation
1-3 years of sales/service consulting experience
Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to details

Preferred experience:

Experience using Shop-Ware
Experience using Autovitals
Experience using Slack
