Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly as they arrive and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and translate them into actionable service requests.
Clearly communicate diagnostic findings, recommended services, and associated costs to customers.
Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Process service orders and payments accurately.
Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business.
RequirementsProven customer service experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
A genuine passion for cars and helping people solve their automotive problems.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software.
A detail-oriented approach to managing customer needs and vehicle service.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A valid Drivers License and the ability to be covered by our insurance provider.
