What You'll Do:

Greet service customers promptly and professionally
Answer service calls and schedule appointments
Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines clearly
Coordinate repair orders with Technicians
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Recommend additional maintenance or services when appropriate
Maintain accurate service records
Deliver an exceptional customer experience-every visit

What We're Looking For:

Customer-focused, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Prior customer service and/or sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish bilingual preferred)
Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
High School Diploma or GED required
Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
