Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Service Advisor to run our front counter and deliver a great customer experience start to finish.

What you'll do

Greet customers, write repair orders, and turn digital vehicle inspections into clear, honest estimates
Recommend needed service and preventative maintenance, and keep customers updated through the repair
Coordinate with technicians to keep the shop moving and jobs on schedule

What we're looking for:

Prior automotive service advisor or shop experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
