Job Description
Jeep, Dodge Ram is now hiring an energetic, outgoing self starting reliable service cashier / receptionist. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- The Cashier is responsible for receiving/processing payments for services rendered, assisting with answering the phones, booking appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner
- Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
- Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone
- Takes detailed, accurate messages
- Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, phone number, VIN, mileage, etc.)
- Greets customers with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Files, scans & retrieves repair orders
- Prepares deposits and maintains a cash management system
- Completes daily deposit
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and follow assigned work schedule
- Must be able to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Basic knowledge of computers a must
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Excellent telephone skills
- Cash handling experience
- Rotating Saturday
- Must pass a drug test and a background check
