Christian Brothers Automotive is growing in Northwest Arkansas, and we are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Fayetteville location. As our current manager transitions to help lead our new Springdale store, we are seeking a proven leader who is ready to step into a key role with a trusted and growing organization.

Position Overview
The Service Manager is responsible for leading all daily operations of the store, driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring every guest receives industry-leading service. This role requires a strong leader who can successfully manage both front office and shop operations while maintaining a positive culture built on accountability, integrity, and teamwork.

Salary Range: $100000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage all front office and shop team members
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing employees
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
- Drive sales performance while maintaining trust and transparency with guests
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, profitability, and efficiency
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational processes are consistently followed
- Work closely with technicians and advisors to maintain workflow and production goals
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing facility
- Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and servant leadership
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance operations
- Proven success leading teams and improving performance
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to understand reports, metrics, and financial performance
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
- Positive attitude with a desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company
