Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Dealership Technician to join our dynamic team at Antwerpen Hyundai Clarksville. As a vital member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify mechanical issues in vehicles.- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.- Repair or replace faulty parts and components efficiently, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure accurate and timely repairs.- Collaborate effectively with service advisors to communicate repair estimates and timelines to customers.- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles.- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous training and development.- Ensure a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in automotive technology preferred.- ASE certification or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred.- Proven experience as an auto technician in a dealership setting is strongly desired.- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently manage tasks.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
