Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Ford and non-Ford vehicles in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. Key Responsibilities

• Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and air conditioning

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues accurately

• Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status and recommend additional services when needed

• Provide clear time estimates for additional repairs and explain findings as needed

• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and documentation requirements

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all dealership safety policies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification preferred

• Ford Certification

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred

• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
