Automotive Shop Foreman | Leadership Role | M-F
Ready to lead a great team without spending your day turning wrenches?
Wrench Turner Automotive is looking for an experienced Shop Foreman who takes pride in quality, organization, and helping technicians succeed. This is a leadership opportunity with one of Clover's highest-rated independent repair facilities.
You'll play a critical role in keeping repairs moving, ensuring quality work leaves the shop, and supporting technicians throughout the day.

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations
- Perform final quality inspections
- Test drive completed vehicles
- Ensure repairs are completed correctly before delivery
- Keep technicians supplied with the parts they need
- Coordinate workflow throughout the shop
- Support technicians and maintain productivity
- Help maintain the high standards our customers expect
This position is primarily a leadership and quality-control role, not a production technician position.
