- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery to customers.
- Manage inventory, including ordering parts and maintaining stock levels.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of automotive technicians and service advisors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance customer experience.
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for the automotive industry.
