• Manage the P&L - Understand your costs, control your margins, and grow store profitability quarter over quarter.

What You Bring

• Proven sales track record- You've hit targets and beaten goals.
• Leadership experience- You've managed a team, developed people, and held them accountable.
• Hunger to earn- You're motivated by performance-based pay, not a salary ceiling.
• Automotive background- Highly preferred but not required; we'll teach the product if you bring the sales instinct.
• Tech comfort- Familiar with POS or shop management software (Tekmetric a plus). MS Office proficient.
• Valid driver's license- Clean driving record required.
