What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop service and back-shop teams to meet sales and productivity goals.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain strong staffing and service levels.
- Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Train associates on customer care, CVIs, and store systems.
- Manage store performance, inventory, visual standards, POS operations, and vendor relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and fairly.
- Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college or technical program preferred.
- 1+ year automotive management experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work days, holidays, and weekends.
Physical Demands:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
- Operate a vehicle safely and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
