If you’re early in your career, motivated, and serious about getting better at this trade, keep reading.
We’re looking for a technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a general service or lube tech who wants to grow into more—more skill, more confidence, more income, more respect.
Who this is for• You take pride in your work—even the basics• You want to actually learn diagnostics, not guess• You listen, ask questions, and apply feedback• You want a career path, not a dead-end bay• You’re hungry to level up
Who this is NOT for• People who hate structure• People who don’t like coaching• People who just want to “do their time”• People who think showing up is enough
What you’ll do• Perform maintenance and general repair services• Work through a structured inspection process• Learn how to diagnose systems the right way• Be coached by experienced technicians and leadership• Improve speed, accuracy, and confidence over time• Take care of vehicles like people’s families ride in them—because they do
What we provide• A clean, professional, well-run shop• Clear processes—no chaos• Ongoing training and skill development• Real coaching, not yelling• Opportunity to move up as your skill grows• A team that takes pride in what we do
Minimum requirements• 2+ years experience as a general service or lube technician• Basic automotive tools• Coachable attitude• Strong work ethic• Desire to improve
Why this mattersWe believe great technicians are built—not found. If you want to learn, grow, and turn this trade into something you’re proud of, we’ll invest in you.
