AAMCO Transmissions is hiring for a Technician!

- Valid driver's license.
- Tools to perform the jobs assigned.
- Ase and other certifications are considered a plus and will be considered during pay structure.
A bit about the job and your responsibilities:
As an AAMCO technician you will be looked upon to properly diagnose and repair customer vehicles. Many concerns will be transmission related, though general repairs are not uncommon. With a plethora of AAMCO's Proprietary resources and equipment technicians are expected to properly diagnose and repair customer vehicles.
- Technicians are expected to perform thorough vehicle inspections as well as make proper recommendations.
- Technicians are responsible for properly repairing customer vehicles. This includes most powertrain repairs.
- Technicians will perform efficient and effective diagnostics with recommendations.
- Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and clutter-free work environment.
- Technicians will communicate with customer service representatives to ensure efficiency, quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Hours of operations:
AAMCO's hours of operations are from 8AM-5PM. Monday through Friday. This provides a wonderful work/life balance. Weekends and evenings belong to you, your family, your friends and some relaxation.
The money:
AAMCO offers a generous pay structure. Starting out at $20-$50 an hour. Unlike the big dealerships your work ethic will not go unnoticed. Management is quick to see and fast to reward.
