Our goal is to expand to 40 locations over the next 10 years, creating opportunities for technicians who want more than just another job.
We're hiring:
Master Technicians
Experienced Technicians
Developing Technicians
As we grow, future Lead Technicians, Shop Foremen, Trainers, and Managers will come from within our team.
Pay Based on Experience:
Master Technicians
$30-$50 Flat Rate
Guaranteed Hours
Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Experienced Technicians
$23-$29 Flat Rate
Guaranteed Hours
Developing Technicians
$17-$22 Hourly
Our Flat Rate technicians receive guaranteed hours, providing income stability while still rewarding performance and production.

What You’ll Do
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repair services
Diagnose and repair vehicles based on your experience level
Complete digital vehicle inspections
Communicate recommendations with Service Advisors
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Participate in training and development opportunities
Support teammates and overall shop success
What We're Looking For
Professional automotive shop experience
