Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring is growing and looking for experienced technicians (2+ years) who want to build a long-term career with a luxury brand.

Compensation & Incentives
- Flat Rate Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per flat rate hour
Pay is determined by experience, certifications, and Mercedes-Benz training, with clear paths for advancement.

Technician Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance services and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Conduct inspections and basic diagnostics as assigned
- Follow dealership and factory repair procedures
- Accurately document work performed on repair orders
- Road test vehicles as required to verify repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in Mercedes-Benz and ASE training programs
- Work collaboratively with advisors, parts, and shop leadership

Qualifications
- 2+ years automotive technician experience required
- Maintenance, repair, and basic diagnostic skills
- ASE or OEM certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
