Introduction

We are seeking a B Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established, family-owned automotive repair shop in Ocala, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician with solid repair and diagnostic skills who is looking to continue developing toward an A-Level role. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped shop alongside an experienced team while earning competitive hourly pay, weekly bonuses, and outstanding benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair brake, steering, and suspension systems.
• Diagnose and repair check engine light concerns.
• Perform electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and recommendations using Tekmetric.
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep work areas clean and follow established shop procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience.
• B Level technician with moderate diagnostic abilities.
• Experience performing general mechanical repairs.
• Ability to diagnose check engine light, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Ethical, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Desire to continue learning and advance into an A-Level Technician role.
