What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Perform maintenance and repair work on a variety of vehicle systems
• Assist with diagnosing EV and hybrid system concerns alongside senior technicians
• Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify vehicle issues
• Perform quality repairs while following manufacturer procedures and shop standards
• Continue developing your diagnostic and technical skills through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

Required

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience performing diagnostics and repairs on modern vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning

Preferred

• EV and hybrid repair experience
• Tesla experience
• ASE certifications
• Previous dealership or independent repair experience

Compensation

• $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
• Performance bonus
• Earning potential of $75,000–$100,000+ annually
