A-Level Tech - EV & Hybrid SpecialistSan Francisco,CA | EV and Hybrid Diagnostics Specialist
• $45 to $55 per hour base pay plus utilization bonus• Earning potential over $120,000 annually• 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance• Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with no weekends• Paid EV training, certifications, and career development opportunities
We are looking for an experienced A Level Technician who enjoys solving complex problems and working with the latest automotive technology. If you are passionate about EVs, hybrids, advanced electrical systems, and diagnostics, this is an opportunity to work in a shop built around the future of the industry.
Our innovative independent shop in San Francisco specializes in EV and hybrid vehicles, including Tesla platforms and advanced electrical diagnostics. You will work with cutting edge technology, modern diagnostic equipment, and a team that values technical excellence, continuous learning, and long term career growth.
This position is ideal for someone who:
• Has 7 or more years of hands on automotive repair experience• Has strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills, especially with EV and hybrid systems• Enjoys solving difficult drivability and electrical issues• Can work independently while also supporting and mentoring other technicians• Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record• Is motivated to continue learning and staying current with evolving vehicle technology• Has Tesla or dealership experience, which is preferred but not required
What you will receive:
