About RK Motors
RK Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Milwaukee, WI, offering $28–$40/hour with weekly pay. This Monday–Friday position provides hourly compensation without flat-rate pressure, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance. Technicians work on a broad mix of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in a team-based environment where workflow is shared and experienced technicians have room to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostics
- Troubleshoot emissions and vehicle communication issues
- Complete general automotive repairs, maintenance, and suspension work
- Inspect vehicles and document findings
- Perform R&R and undercarriage repairs
- Work with the Service Advisor and owner to communicate repair findings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong B-Level or A-Level automotive repair skills
- Intermediate to advanced diagnostic ability
- Experience with drivability, electrical, maintenance, and suspension work
- Experience working with rust and corrosion-related repairs
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- Own professional automotive tools
