Compensation

• $26–$46/hr flat rate (based on experience and level)
• Incentives for ASE certifications and productivity
• Estimated annual earnings: $65,000–$96,000+

We’re looking for skilled Automotive Technicians at all levels (A/B Level) to join our clean, well-equipped shop in Bismarck, ND.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems — “If it rolls in, we fix it.”
• Perform advanced diagnostics (A-Level/Master) or build diagnostic skills (B-Level)
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and document findings clearly
• Collaborate with service advisors and, when needed, participate in customer “show & tell”
• Mentor and support junior technicians (higher-level roles)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance
• Stay current with training and certifications

Experience Levels

B-Level Technician

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience
• Strong foundation in brakes, suspension, drivability, and basic diagnostics
• Willing to obtain ASE certifications (A3, A6, A7, A8) with company support

A-Level / Master Technician

• 6+ years of experience (independent shop experience preferred)
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Proven track record of high-quality workmanship
• Willing to obtain all 8 ASE certifications within 90 days (training & reimbursement provided)

Skills & Tools

• Experience with shop systems such as Tire Shop, Epicor, Identifix, AutoTextMe (DVI)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using scan tools and modern technology
• Solid communication skills and team mindset
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with customer interaction (as needed)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in a physically demanding environment
• Lift 100+ lbs occasionally
• Follow all safety protocols
