Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a top-level diagnostic and repair professional who enjoys complex challenges, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles, mentoring less experienced technicians, and helping maintain the shop’s high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicle makes and models
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain organized, high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards
Collaborate effectively with other technicians and service advisors
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
Stay current on automotive technology and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ASE certifications preferred (but not required)
Experience with electric or hybrid powertrains is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Flat rate pay: $35–$50 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Top technicians earn $120K+ annually
