What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical, drivability, and vehicle system concerns
- Perform complex troubleshooting using modern diagnostic equipment and software
- Work on Tesla and other leading EV and hybrid platforms
- Identify root causes of difficult vehicle issues and develop effective repair solutions
- Support and mentor fellow technicians when needed
- Stay current with evolving vehicle technology through ongoing training and development
What We're Looking For
Required
- 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with advanced vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Passion for technology, diagnostics, and continuous learning
Preferred
- EV and hybrid repair experience
- Tesla experience
- Previous dealership or advanced diagnostic background
- ASE certifications
Compensation
- $45–$55 per hour base pay
- Utilization and performance bonuses
- Earning potential exceeding $120,000 annually
