Responsibilities:

• Expertly perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Conduct routine maintenance and precise repairs to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently
• Replace or repair essential vehicle components such as brakes, suspension systems, and engines with accuracy and care
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and effectively communicate recommended repairs to customers with transparency and confidence
• Utilize advanced dealership software and diagnostic tools to ensure comprehensive and accurate assessments
• Stay current on the latest vehicle technologies through ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, upholding our high standards of professionalism

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive service technician
• Honda Certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
• Proficiency using dealership software and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
