The KAR Shop in Rogers, Arkansas is growing, and we’re looking for automotive technicians at all levels—from entry-level lube/oil/filter technicians to experienced A-level technicians—to join our long-term, no drama, tight-knit team. We are a family-owned and operated shop, proudly serving Rogers since 2006. Our employees aren’t just staff—they’re family. Once people join our team, they tend to stay. Our longest-tenured technician has been with us 15 years, and several others are approaching 10 years.
