Industry-Leading Pay Structure
Earn What You’re Worth
- Up to $60 per flat-rate hour
- Production bonus- 45+ hours turned equal $4 per hour pay increase for all hours turned!
- 120% warranty pay If your rate is $40/hr. warranty work pays you $48/hr.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional technician experience
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Quality-focused mindset
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Reliable work ethic
FORD experience a major plus — but not required for the right technician.
