Now Hiring: Automotive Service Technician (A, B, or C Level)Pay Range: $20/hr – $60/hr Flat Rate + Production Bonus (Based on Experience & Skill Level)

Technician Levels & Pay
C-Level Technician ($20–$30/hr Flat Rate)
1–3 years of hands-on automotive experience
Strong foundation in maintenance and light repairs
Comfortable performing oil changes, brakes, suspension work, and basic diagnostics
Eager to learn and grow within the company
B-Level Technician ($30–$45/hr Flat Rate)
3–6 years of automotive technician experience
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with engine performance, electrical systems, suspension, steering, and brake systems
Ability to handle most repairs independently
A-Level Technician ($50–$60/hr Flat Rate)
6+ years of advanced automotive technician experience
Expert-level diagnostic and repair skills (gas and/or diesel)
Strong understanding of engine performance, drivability, electrical, and emissions systems
Ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently and accurately
Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor junior technicians
What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnosing and repairing fleet vehicles (gas and/or diesel)
Performing suspension, steering, brake, and electrical system repairs
Completing routine maintenance and safety inspections
Conducting DOT compliance checks
Using advanced diagnostic tools and software
Collaborating with a skilled service team to deliver high-quality, timely repairs
