AV Technician/ Meeting Concierge (Full Time) - Hilton Chicago O'hare Airport

The Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport hotel is looking for an Audio-Visual Technician (Full time) to join their team!

Located on the grounds of Chicago O'Hare International Airport, with an underground walkway to Terminals 1, 2, and 3 plus a shuttle to Terminal 5.

The ideal candidate will work with all audio/visual equipment, services and procedures. Sets up, maintain, break down, ensure a quality Audio Visual experience.

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity which requires availability to work different shifts along with weekends and holidays.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

AV Technician works with all audio/visual equipment, services and procedures. Sets up, maintains, breaks down ensures a quality Audio Visual experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Meet and Greet meeting clients to go over event details

• Inspect, open meeting space and welcome clients and discuss / accommodate any last-minute meeting related requests

• Handle and communicate with operations team regarding meeting specifics and special requirements

• Run and post meeting and av charges

• Run event order distribution and daily meeting posts.
