  • Drive alignment across Product, Data Engineering, Data Governance and AI, Technology, UX, and Business teams to support effective roadmap execution.
  • Partner with data platform and engineering teams to ensure capabilities are supported by reliable data assets, governed information architecture, and scalable enterprise platforms.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities, intelligent automation, copilots, and generative technologies into business management experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into roadmap initiatives, epics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize product investments by balancing business value, customer needs, market opportunities, technology strategy, and enterprise objectives.
  • Establish operating rhythms that promote transparency, prioritization, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment across dependent initiatives.
  • Participate in governance processes that support accountability, prioritization clarity, and cross-functional execution.
  • Monitor product adoption, business outcomes, customer feedback, and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Develop product documentation, executive presentations, leadership communications, and governance materials that support strategic decision-making.
  • Present roadmap strategies, investment priorities, business outcomes, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Advocate for the continued evolution of Business Management Reporting into a broader business management and intelligence platform.
